Questions
Good to know.
Can we move our existing client websites across?
Yes, if they're finished websites (HTML, CSS, images): upload each one's folder or a zip and it becomes a website in your dashboard. Built with a tool like Astro or Vite? Upload the folder its build makes. Publish it, then point the client's domain at it; the old host keeps serving the domain until you switch, so there's no downtime. WordPress and PHP websites can't be moved as they are.
Can our clients log in?
Yes. Invite each client to their own dashboard for their website. You choose what each client can do: fill in the onboarding form, keep their business details up to date, read their enquiries, and pay you.
Do clients see our brand or yours?
Yours, if you switch on your own name, logo and colour. It shows on the client dashboard and in the emails your clients receive.
Does anything cost extra per change?
No. Uploading new versions and changing words, photos, fonts and colours on the page are included in every plan, as often as you like.
Do you have team logins?
Yes. Seats are included per plan (1 on Solo, 1 on Starter, 2 on Studio, 10 on Agency, counting the owner), and extra seats are US$9 a month each. Everyone on the team shares the account's websites and AI edits.
