Good to know.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. Start from one of our finished templates with your details already in it, or upload a website you made with an AI like Claude or ChatGPT. To change it, click the words on the page and type, or click a photo to replace it.
Is it really my own website, or a template?
If you upload a website you made, it goes online exactly as you made it. If you start from a template, yours is your own copy: change the words, photos, fonts, colours and sections until it's yours. The business names and reviews in our templates are samples, and can't go live until you replace or hide them.
Do I need an AI?
No. You can start from one of our templates. If you'd like to make your website with an AI like Claude or ChatGPT, you use your own account with it; RBO Build puts the result online.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your website gets a free address straight away, and you can connect your own domain (for example yourbusiness.com.au) by adding one record where the domain is managed. The secure padlock is set up for you, and your email isn't affected.
Where do enquiries go?
Straight to your inbox. We send them for you by default, with the visitor's email address to reply to, or you can have them sent from your own email address. Spam protection is included if you want it.
Will people find me on Google?
The pages are fast, and the SEO tab lets you set each page's Google title and description, see a preview of the result, and add Google Analytics.
Can you build my website for me?
Yes. If you'd rather not start it yourself, tell us about your business and we'll build it with you, check it with you and publish it when you're happy. Afterwards you can make everyday changes yourself, free.
What if I stop?
You can cancel at any time; it ends at the end of the month you've paid for. You can download your website's files whenever you like, and your domain stays yours.
